Shipping

We take great pride in our products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase from Precious Cargo.

We ship our orders via FedEx, UPS, the United States Postal Service, and Canada Post.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Your order will be processed within 4 - 7 business days of receiving your order. In some cases, your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Our personalized items are custom made just for you and may take longer to be shipped.

The Cost of Shipping is based on your order size and the package destination. Shipping charges are as follows:

Ship to Ontario

• $0 - $30 rate is $6.95 CA
• $30 - $60 rate is $8.95 CAD
• $60 - $150 rate is $10.95 CAD
• $150 - $300 rate is $12.95 CAD
• $300 + rate is $17.95 CAD

Ship to Canada (except Ontario)

• $0 - $30 rate is $7.95 CAD
• $30 - $60 rate is $9.95 CAD
• $60 - $150 rate is $11.95 CAD
• $150 - $300 rate is $13.95 CAD
• $300 + rate is $17.95 CAD

Ship to the USA

• $0 - $25 rate is $7.95 USD
• $25 - $50 rate is $9.95 USD
• $50 - $125 rate is $11.95 USD
• $125 - $270 rate is $14.95 USD
• $275 + rate is $18.95 USD

Shipping Surcharges

Some exceptions to our shipping costs and/or free shipping promotions may occur. Larger and oversize items are heavier and can be more expensive to ship than smaller orders. Also, orders shipped to more remote areas may incur additional costs. If shipping charges are more expensive than indicated on your web order, you will be contacted by phone or email prior to your order being shipped so that any additional charges may be approved prior to shipping.

Sales Tax

Canadian Orders 8% PST + 5% GST will be applied.

Outside of Canada No federal or provincial taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is responsible for any duty and custom charges that may apply.

Return Policy

Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase is satisfactory. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within ten (10) days after receipt of the product, we will accept a return for exchange or store credit only, less shipping and handling charges if the product is in new and re saleable condition.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed to all returned products, unless the return is because of company error.

Please be advised that health care products and personal wear items are non-returnable.

Your information is safe with us. All your information, including credit card numbers and personal data is treated with the utmost care. We do not sell or share our customer list with anyone.
